Material and method: Simple random-probabilistic comparative survey design in women with PCOS according to the phenotype by the Rotterdam criteria. &lt;strong&gt;Results:&lt;/strong&gt; 49 women with PCOS were included, of which they were divided into 4 groups according to the phenotype of the disease. Significant differences were observed in the dimensions of body hair and menstruation (p &amp;lt;0.001 and 0.047, respectively). &lt;strong&gt;Conclusion:&lt;/strong&gt; Given that the phenotypes of PCOS differ in their clinical characteristics, it is considered important to highlight that these characteristics affect dif- ferent aspects of the quality of life of women with PCOS.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
